Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, refunds, and free trials work for Creative Ecom Builder™. By subscribing to our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 3-Day Free Trial

New users receive a 3-day free trial with full feature access. You will not be charged during the trial. To avoid being billed, simply cancel before the trial ends.

2. Paddle Refund Compliance (14-Day Minimum)

Because Creative Ecom Builder™ processes payments through Paddle, we comply with Paddle’s minimum 14-day refund policy for transactions made through their platform. This means buyers may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase as required under Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

However, once the free trial ends and billing begins, refunds are only considered if required under Paddle’s buyer protection rules — not for change of mind, non-usage, or forgetting to cancel.

3. No Refunds After Billing (Platform-Specific)

Outside of Paddle’s 14-day minimum requirement, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Monthly and annual subscription fees
  • Plan renewals
  • Upgrades or downgrades
  • Additional features or add-ons

We cannot provide refunds for change of mind, unused time, accidental purchases, or forgetting to cancel before renewal.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of the billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are issued.

5. Billing Responsibility

You are responsible for managing your subscription and monitoring renewal dates. If you no longer wish to continue, please cancel before your next renewal cycle.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 3 days of the transaction. We will review the issue and provide a resolution where appropriate.

7. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first violates this policy. If a dispute is submitted without prior communication, we may suspend or terminate platform access.

8. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent platform usage, please contact us during your trial period. Refunds cannot be issued once the trial converts into a paid subscription unless required under Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
