Manage your subscription, payment methods, and invoices — all within your Builder™ dashboard.
1. Managing Your Subscription
All subscriptions are managed directly through your Builder™ dashboard.
- Go to Account → Billing from your sidebar.
- View your active plan, renewal date, and invoices.
- Upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Creator, and Pro anytime.
💡 Tip: Changes take effect immediately. Any remaining balance is prorated on your next cycle.
2. Payment Methods
Builder™ accepts secure payments via:
- 💳 Debit & Credit Cards (Stripe)
- 💸 PayPal
- 🌍 Wise (for international agencies)
Your payment details are processed securely and never stored directly on our servers.
3. Invoices & Receipts
Invoices are automatically generated after each successful payment.
- Access via Account → Billing → Invoices.
- Download receipts in PDF format for accounting or tax purposes.
- Contact billing@builder.creativeecomlab.com for special invoicing requests.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
We offer a 7-day refund window on all new subscriptions, subject to use limitations.
5. Billing FAQ
- Q: What happens if my payment fails?
A: You’ll receive 3 reminders. After 7 days, your account pauses until payment succeeds.
- Q: Can I switch from monthly to annual?
A: Yes! You’ll be billed the new rate immediately with credit for unused days.
- Q: Is VAT or tax included?
A: Taxes are automatically calculated based on your billing country.
